A great experience with Tracey who was very professional and attentive and there was no pressure either time wise or to make a purchase. Having bought off the peg dresses previously (BTW very pleased with them) this time I ordered bespoke dresses. They arrived very quickly and both were a perfect fit - the fabrics and designs certainly lived up to expectations. I would absolutely recommend TW Dance whether you are buying off the peg or bespoke and will no doubt be a returning customer (again) in the future.

I took a 5 hour round trip to visit Tracey yesterday and I can honestly say it was worth every minute I was sat in the car.

My sister-in-law and I were welcomed in by Tracey and made to feel completely at ease as soon as we walked through the door.

Nothing was too much trouble, typical of me that I wanted to try almost every dress which was on the mannequins. But my request was accommodated with no issues and Tracey very kindly took photographs and videos of me in my favourite choices.

I finally settled on a beautiful lilac ballroom dress which glitters and shines with every turn that I make.

This was shown to my dance tutor last night and she commented that it was a gorgeous dress and just perfect for me.

Can't wait for September now to get on the dance floor and whirl round in an amazing gown.

After reviewing Tracey’s site and selecting a dress I liked. I called and spoke with Tracey to discuss my fit and requirements, Tracey confirmed she made the dress and we discussed my requirements, Tracey confirmed I could order and pay over few payment, return if fit was not what I wanted. I went to Tracey's showroom last week, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! I travelled quite far so I actually felt a little bit nervous, but from the moment I arrived at the showroom I was made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable, and I had a great time trying on lots of different dresses (even my boyfriend had a brilliant time!). I went away having bought two wonderful dresses and I can't wait to wear them in Blackpool soon!

This is my second dress from TW dance and I am absolutely thrilled with it. It was even more stunning in person when I opened the very well packed parcel and then to see how it moved on the floor I loved it even more. Tracey is so lovely and helpful, I really recommend visiting her show room to try on different styles. Such a rare opportunity in the ballroom world.

I visited Tracey’s showroom to try on some dresses and 3 hours later, lots of changes of mind, and lots of patients from Tracey, I finally made a decision. Got home and totally changed my mind. Lots of messages back a forth and finally Tracey sent me some design boards. I was having a made to measure dress so lots of worries about would it be ok. It arrived!! And it was just as I imagined and fitted perfectly!! So happy with my dress and got the chance to try it out on the dance floor this weekend. Lot and lots of compliments about the dress. I would highly recommend putting your trust in Tracey! She was so helpful and the service was second to none!! 😊

O my goodness Tracey has done it again. All US dancers give Tracey Welsh Dance a try!!! I have had Tracey make five dresses for me and each one is fabulous. I have an alteration person take my measurements, just to be sure, and she has made them perfectly every time. Her price points are excellent. I visited Tracey for an appointment with a dress I had seen in mind but an open mind to anything if it suited me. The ballroom dress I had seen was immediately absolutely perfect and I had the time to look at Latin too and pick something out of three options which were all fab. The whole experience was fantastic, with the large showroom being open and relaxed, loads of dress choices, and Tracey herself attending to every need without making me feel rushed or pressured. I've come away with two new dresses that both feel like they were made for me and I'm delighted, couldn't have had a better experience!

I have just received a dress made by Tracey and I want to say the quality and design is outstanding!. I visited Tracey in her showroom and I knew exactly what I wanted down to the design as I had seen her collection of dresses online. She encouraged me to try on a dress in the design I had liked on the website to see if it suited me and I felt comfortable, The design was exactly what I wanted! I spoke with Tracey further about colours and stoning ( I just knew what I wanted ) Tracey was so patient and listened to me and at the same time advising me of what would work better. Had such a lovely time meeting Tracey at her stunning new showroom. She is very friendly and approachable, and gave lots of advice about what suited me, with no pressure to buy anything. After trying on lots of different styles, I chose to purchase two dresses. The quality is excellent, and spare stones & a matching choker were also included.

I ordered a rhythm dress from Tracey this past weekend. I live in the US and received it in just 5 days. I couldn’t be more pleased. It is a gorgeous dress, well made and an abundance of beautiful AB stones. She also included bracelets, a choker and a bag of replacement stones. I will definitely be ordering again.
