Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date providing the garment has not been worn and received back in the same condition as when it left our factory. Postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once the return has arrived and been checked a refund will be made.

The purchase of dresses made directly from the showroom are not eligible for return within our 7 day return policy. In this event a credit not or exchange will be offered at the discretion of Tracey Welsh providing the dress or dresses are received in the same condition they were taken from the showroom.
